Early Life and Education
Bianca Sehgal began her educational journey at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, graduating in 2013. She pursued higher education at Seton Hall University, where she earned a B.S. in Education and a B.A. in Environmental Studies, specializing in Special Education and Teaching, from 2013 to 2017. During her time at university, she was an initiated member of the Alpha Gamma Delta International Fraternity.
Teaching Career
Bianca's professional career in education started as a Substitute Teacher at The Cherry Blossom Montessori School in Flagtown, NJ, where she worked from 2015 to 2017. She then transitioned to a full-time role as a First Grade Teacher at Cresthaven Academy Charter School in Plainfield, NJ, from 2017 to January 2020. Her dedication to special education was evident during her time as a Special Education Teacher from August 2017 to December 2019.
In January 2020, Bianca became a 4th Grade ELA teacher at Carteret Public Schools in Carteret, New Jersey, where she was a founding teacher in the departmentalization of 4th Grade. She continued her work with Carteret Public Schools as a 1st Grade Teacher until September 2022 and also served as an ESY Teacher for students with disabilities in a self-contained classroom during the summer of 2021.
Transition to Administrative Roles
After her tenure in education, Bianca shifted her career focus to administrative roles. She worked as an Administrative Receptionist at Indus Capital Partners in New York, starting in October 2022, and was promoted to Administrative Assistant in January 2024.
