Early Education and Career Beginnings
Dino Fusco embarked on his professional journey after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating cum laude from Yale University in 1988. He furthered his education by earning a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991, where he was the Managing Editor of The Tax Lawyer law journal. Fusco began his career as an Associate Attorney at Fried Frank in New York City, where he was licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut from September 1991 to April 1994.
Transition into Real Estate and Goldman Sachs
In 1994, Fusco transitioned into the real estate sector by joining Goldman Sachs. His tenure at Goldman Sachs spanned over 25 years, during which he held several key positions. Initially, he was involved in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, and from 1998 to 2000, he played a pivotal role in initiating and leading Goldman Sachs' real estate private equity efforts in Italy. From July 2005 to December 2011, Fusco served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate Strategy, leading a global team to optimize the firm's real estate portfolio. His responsibilities expanded as he became the Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Corporate Services and Real Estate Group from January 2012 to December 2014, co-leading a significant organizational segment. His last role at Goldman Sachs was as Partner and Global Head of the Corporate Services, Real Estate, and Spend Management Group from January 2015 to February 2020, where he led a 900+ employee organization and managed a substantial portion of the firm's annual expenses.

In March 2020, Dino Fusco took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Silverstein Properties, a leading real estate development, investment, and management firm based in New York.
