Adithya Kumar embarked on his professional journey with a solid foundation in education, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from St. Martin's Engineering College from September 2013 to May 2017. During his undergraduate studies, he actively engaged in volunteer work as a Fundraising and Administration volunteer at EERF (Effort for Establishment of Real Freedom), a GLUG at St. Martin's Engineering College. EERF, a stem of Swecha (FSMI), focuses on promoting FREE SOFTWARE and conducts various educational events to foster software development skills among students.

Advanced Education

Seeking to deepen his expertise, Adithya pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from January 2018 to August 2019. His commitment to the academic community was evident through his role as a Teaching Assistant, where he supported professors, mentored students, and contributed to the development of educational materials and labs.

Professional Experience

Adithya's professional career began with an internship at NVIDIA in Hyderabad, India, where he gained hands-on experience in software build and release processes, automation, and CI/CD practices. Following his internship, he served as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in California, further honing his skills in software development and project management.

In November 2019, Adithya transitioned to a role as a DevOps Engineer at Kaiser Permanente in Pleasanton, California. Here, he was instrumental in developing CI-CD strategies, automating deployments, and implementing cloud solutions using Azure. His efforts contributed to the standardization of development practices and the enhancement of infrastructure management.

Adithya's journey continued at BlackLine, where he initially took on the role of a Cloud Data Engineer in December 2021, focusing on designing and building cloud infrastructure platforms. His work facilitated the acceleration of software engineering and data science teams in delivering new products and services. In March 2023, he advanced to the position of DevOps Engineer, ensuring the high availability of SaaS platforms, automating server provisioning, and collaborating with teams to refine processes and technologies.
